The purpose of this Declaration of Expectations is to acknowledge that a two-way open dialogue, between customer and builder, is essential to the development of your new Amstar home. At Amstar Homes, our goal is to be your new homebuilder for life, for your family and its future generations. Customer Expectations You can rest assured that everyone at Amstar Homes understands the significance of your decision to choose us as your builder. Our reputation, above all else, is your assurance that we will strive to deliver you a home of commanding and lasting value, constructed with uncompromising quality. You expect work to be completed within an agreed upon time frame, and you expect to be able to discuss your desires and needs with your builder and have them met. You also expect to have at your disposal the tools that are necessary for you to communicate with us at any time, as part of our commitment to service before and after the sale. This commitment starts the first time you meet with our sales representative. To that end, in the unlikely event that you need service after the sale, you will be provided with a warranty manual, customer service request forms, and online warranty service request support, as well as online access to guidelines for actively maintaining and protecting your new investment. You will also be provided a 24-hour telephone hotline number to be used in the event a solution to your issue could not be satisfied through our pre-established customer service process. Ultimately, calls to this hotline number will be responded to by the President of Amstar Homes. Finally, when it comes time to sell your Amstar Home, you can expect us, through our network of resale professionals, to assist you in the process and to offer you the opportunity to easily reinvest in another Amstar home, either in this community or one of the many other Amstar communities in the Las Vegas area. Builder Expectations At Amstar Homes, we have established one of the highest standards in quality workmanship and materials used in building dream homes throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Our expectations are quite simple. We expect a two-way open dialogue of communication with you, so we can anticipate anything that may necessitate changes to our schedules. For example, changes that you request in writing may take more time than originally anticipated, or there may be unforeseen delays in material delivery due to factors beyond our control. In keeping you informed, we will also answer questions you may have about materials or financing. Above all, we expect you to communicate with us openly and freely throughout the course of building your new home, so we can deliver a home that best accommodates your lifestyle. At Amstar Homes, we have always believed in one simple premise: to build homes that are simply brilliant. With your cooperation, we have another premise to live up to: to listen, to respond and to proceed in harmony. I have read the above Declaration of Expectations and, as the buyer, I agree to participate in ongoing communication with the builder throughout the entire process, from pre-sales and construction to maintenance and re-sale. In the unlikely event that a disagreement should arise, both parties agree to have a third party negotiate a fair and equitable settlement. |
